This is my Pineapple that I have been working on. It is very realistic in size to a pineapple. Love the way it turned out. Please leave me a comment about what you think of this Pineapple. Most of the wool used for this Pineapple is hand dyed by me.

If you are interested in me making you a pineapple you can special order one on my web site.

Hello

We finally made a decision about the siding to put on the garage. We choose a rustic channel spf 1x8 wood siding. Should be really pretty after we put it up.

I am dyeing some wool for my next 3-d rug hooking project. Have the wool soaking right now and will dye tomorrow. Or that is the plan. Going to try my hand at an old gold. I have been wanting to dye wool all summer.

Want to find some time to hook on my BHR challenge rug. The update is coming up in October and I have hardly anything hooked on it.

Thanks to all of the ladies who wrote me a comment on the changes to my blog look post.

Hugs to you all,
JoEllen

Oh I think I am going to like this old gold color. Yes indeed. Now if it will work for what I want it to work for.

Look for a New Dimensional Design

I finally was able to start working on another Dimensional Rug Hooking project. I finished the designing of it yesterday and finally drew it out. I hope to hook some on it today. If all goes as I would like and it turns out right this will be my next pattern. Just post a message here or join my mailing list to be notified when the pattern becomes available. Just email me and I will let you know what the new design is.

I have several ideas for Dimensional Rug Hooking in my mind. Once our garage is finished I should have a lot more time to devote to artwork.

Have a great day.

We are half way on our metal roof.

This is a photo of most of our crew for putting the trusses (rafters) on the garage. We have been blessed to have family and friends come and help with our building this summer. Thanks everyone!!!!
