The day is hear you can go and see all of the wonderful Hooked Rugs of the ladies who tool on the this BHR challenge.

Here is the link to go to see all of the BHR

I have given myself one more month to complete my rug. These rugs are huge.
4 1/2 feet by 3 feet.
Whewww Big Huge Rugs.

I will be doing a little more reverse hooking here. The letters in the sky I will make darker. So they show up better. It is good to look at a picture of the rug so I can see things that need changing. Like the cross I had to make much darker and the heart that hangs from the black birds mouth. I am having a blast designing and hooking this rug. Even dyeing the fabric. Hooking with roving, yarn and wool strips. How fun this is!!!!

I just love your rug and the warm colors you are choosing. Isn't it interesting how looking at a photograph of a rug will point out some of the things we need to change? We can't always see them with our eyes, but they show up in pictures. You have made so much progress and are almost finished! How do you keep up with your business, travel, and still make beautiful designs!?! Wishing you a very Happy New Year full of health, loving family, good friends and lots of wool!

Thank you for visiting my blog. As you know, my sister loves rug hooking so I'm going to show her YOUR blog.

I have always thought I'd like to go on the road for awhile. It really sounds like fun! But I'm miss my cats and my chickens and my sheep and my LAND.

Enjoy your traveling. You do great work, here. And your primitives are really cool!
